в ПРООН Узбекистан Заработная плата: договорная Тип работы: Полный рабочий день Должностные обязанности: Основные сведения Under the guidance of Operations manager and direct supervision of the Administrative Associate, the Administrative Assistant provides support to office operations performing a variety of standard administrative processes ensuring high quality and accuracy of work. The Administrative Assistant promotes a client, quality and results-oriented approach. The Administrative Assistant works in close collaboration with the Operations, Programme and projects staff and other UN agencies staff to exchange information and ensure consistent service delivery. Функциональные задачи и обязанности - Assist in administrative and logistical arrangements for the events, renting of premises, arrangement of accommodation, transportation, and translation/interpretation services for participants and invited experts, providing of all financial documents in time and properly; - Assist in organizing competitive selection of a venue and services for the conferences, workshops, trainings upon the request from projects and agencies according to the UNDP established procurement procedures; - Check and proceed e-requisition and Travel Authorization if applicable for participants and experts; - Check and prepare sub-contracts in compliance with UNDP rules and regulations; and submit for signature by the Operations and/or senior management; - Arrange payments for services received by clients (accommodation, various conference/workshop organization etc.) in accordance with sub-contract terms; - Assist in booking and purchasing of tickets for UNDP Projects, Agencies and RSU; - Create purchase orders in ATLAS for tickets and DSA; close purchase orders after payment is made; - Enter relevant information to Cost Recovery Database; - Maintain database of hotels and meeting/conferences facilities; maintain roster of vendors; - Travel arrangements including liaison between travel agency for a route selection, finalization and purchase of tickets for participants and experts according to the established procedures; - Payment of travel advances to the participants when appropriate and settlement of their travel claims; - Assist in departure arrangements of mandate refugees including visa support; - Provide administrative /logistics support to activity of clerical and support personnel of the Refugee Support Unit; - Arrange office supplies and equipment and arrange for control of distribution and maintenance of appropriate inventory records for UN#2; - Provide consultations on event organizing; tickets purchasing to project staff; - Make e-filing and hard copies filing of all Unit’s documents in UN#2; - Other duties that may be required. в ПРООН Узбекистан Заработная плата: договорная Тип работы: Полный рабочий день Должностные обязанности: Основные сведения Recognizing importance of grants and technical assistance in building its institutional capacity as well as to address aid coordination issues more effectively the Government of Uzbekistan established Department for coordination and control over the targeted use of humanitarian aid and technical assistance under the Ministry of Finance. The newly created department has been entrusted to coordinate and facilitate flow of aid into the country, fully account for all aid, monitor and ensure targeted and effective use of aid on behalf of the Government. The project will support the Government through this newly established department to coordinate the process of elaboration and implementation of technical assistance projects, more effectively use humanitarian aid and better align donor assistance with government’s reform priorities and facilitate dialogue between the Government, development community, private sector and the civil society institutions on main development issues. Функциональные задачи и обязанности Under the guidance and direct supervision of the Project Manager, the Administrative Finance Assistant performs the following duties and responsibilities: 1. Be responsible for office logistics, travel arrangements as well as recruitment/extension/separation of the project personnel; 2. Based on consultations with Project Manager and UNDP Business Center to perform procurement related operations in accordance with UNDP rules and procedures; 3. Prepare all financial and administrative documents related to the project implementation in accordance with the UNDP rules and procedures, maintain project’s expenditures and commitments shadow budget; 4. Develop quarterly and annual budget plans for recruitment of personnel; maintain financial records and monitoring systems to record and reconcile expenditures, balances, payments and other data for day-to-day transaction and reports; 5. Advise and assist Project staff, experts and consultants on all respects of allowances, salary advances, travel claims and other financial and administrative matters, and calculates and authorizes payments due for claims and services; 6. Prepare detailed cost estimates and participates in budget analysis and projections as required to handle all financial operations of the project office, make cash payments and reconcile all accounts in required time frame; 7. Maintain, update and transmit inventory records of non-expendable equipment in accordance with UNDP rules; 8. Perform cash custodian’s duties being primarily responsible for project’s cash disbursements and maintain project’s petty cash book and payrolls; 9. Ensure leave monitoring of project staff, check the accuracy and proper completion of monthly leave reports; 10. Analyze the potential problems concerning administrative-financial issues and take respective measures to provide adequate project’s resources in time for implementation of the project activities; 11. Define the cost-effective measures for optimal use of resources of the project; 12. National Consultant for Millennium Development Goals Report 2008 (178/2009)
в ПРООН Узбекистан Заработная плата: договорная Тип работы: Полный рабочий день Должностные обязанности: Основные сведения The Millennium Development Goals, emanating from the Millennium Summit in 2000, have emerged as a key strategic tool for raising awareness and advocacy, alliance building, and renewing political commitment toward the promotion of sustainable human development at the country level, based on a global consensus. The MDGs represent a simplified framework for monitoring the international commitments of Uzbekistan and provide a platform for all partners for financing for development. Uzbekistan endorsed the Millennium Declaration and the MDGs in 2000. The first MDG National Report was published in 2006 and sets the goals and targets agreed by the national experts and Government counterparts. The National MDG Report will reflect progress made on the nationalized MDGs. A set of statistical data on each of MDGs was compiled in 2007-2008 by a group of national experts and UN for that purpose. The national MDG Report is expected to outline the MDGs for Uzbekistan with special attention to regional MDG experiences and assessments done by UN projects in Uzbekistan. This document will eventually be used by the United Nations and the Government of Uzbekistan as an instrument for joint programming and advocacy purposes. In particular, it will build capacity and increase awareness on the MDGs among key stakeholders in Government, civil society and development partners. Reporting on the MDGs presents opportunities for the United Nations Country Team (UNCT) in Uzbekistan to support the country in poverty monitoring, prioritization of the national development agenda. Функциональные задачи и обязанности The objective of this assignment is to ensure the high technical quality and timely delivery of the National MDG Report. Under the overall supervision of the Resident Coordinator’s office in close cooperation with the UN agencies, the consultant is expected to: - Review MDG-related policy products and documents prepared by UN agencies in Uzbekistan up to date; - In consultation with the Resident Coordinator ‘s Office develop a detailed research plan, individual chapter head assignments, and delivery schedule for the National MDG Report; - Liaise with UN agencies and counterparts in the Government (Ministry of Economy) as well as other stakeholders as required; - Work in close cooperation with UNDP MDG Statistics Project on filling in data and gaps in the report; - Prepare and coordinate circulation of Draft Report with assistance of RC Office to peer Reviewers, consolidate comments received from Government entities and the UN system and validate final revisions; - Prepare final version of the MDG Report EXPECTED OUPUTS: - The National MDG Report COMPETENCIES: - Excellent research, writing and communication skills; - Significant experience working with social data and analytical research methods - Full IT literacy and ability to operate with on-line web-based applications - Knowledge and the ability to apply communication methods and techniques Подробнее... |
