Bidding Engineer

Responsibilities will include:
- Supporting pre-sales bidding projects in Telecommunications field;
- Working with bid documents (requests from customers): product solutions design, response to RFI/RFP/RFQ, proposal writing, statement of compliance response, etc.;
- Communication within international team members to resolve working items.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in ICT (IT or Telecommunications) engineering or equivalent;
Good Knowledge in one of the following Communication Systems:
- radio access network,
- core network,
- transmission,
- data communication,
- access network;
- Good written and oral communication in English & Russian;
- Working experience in the related field is preferable but not mandatory;
- Proactive, hard-working, adaptive for different projects implementation simultaneously.
