Оно понятно. Но эта "надпись" - в сердце города, на месте бывшего Ардуса. С таким же успехом можно сделать такие надписи и на Олий Мажлисе с Сенатом, на Казначействе с МНО, на СНБ и МВД... Действительно, "какая разница!"
